PUBLIC HEARING

	Castle Dale City Council will hold a Public Hearing August 8th  for
the purpose of receiving public comment and adoption of the proposed
Outside Burn Ordinance and Secondary Water Use Ordinance. The meeting
will be held at 7:00 P. M. in the Castle Dale City Hall located at 65
East 100 North  A copy of the proposed ordinances can be viewed at the
Castle Dale City Hall during normal working hours.  All interested
citizens are encouraged to attend and express themselves.

	In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodation
during the meeting should call 381-2115 at least 24 hours before the
meeting.
