SOUTHEASTERN UTAH ASSOCIATION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
LEGAL SERVICES

	The Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments (SEUALG), a
political subdivision of the State of Utah, is issuing a request for
proposal to provide legal services for the SEUALG. The SEUALG is
seeking to contract with an attorney or law firm to serve as general
legal counsel for the SEUALG and the SEUALG Revolving Loan Fund
Program. In so doing, the SEUALG seeks to establish a long-term
professional relationship. The SEUALG invites interested law firms and
individuals to submit a written proposal to provide general legal
services to the SEUALG.

	The selected law firm or individual will be an independent contractor
whose primary role is to provide general counsel and expert legal
advice to the SEUALG, its Board of Directors and Executive Director.

	The SEUALG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to
waive any formality or technically in any proposal in the interest of
the Agency

	The deadline for submittals is: March 24, 2014
