	Emery County School District is now accepting proposals to install 8
Owner supplied RTUs and ducting at Castle Dale Elementary.  Must field
verify.  Mandatory Walk Through will be held on Wed. Mar. 19 at 9 a.m.
at Castle Dale.

	Bid Opening will be Tues. April 1 at 9 a.m. at the District Office. 
Proposals must be received on or before 2 p.m. on Mon. March 31, 2014.

	Documentation shall be provided prior to the execution of the
Agreement that Contractor is registered and participates in Fed
E-Verify Program. Proposal may be mailed or faxed to Kerry Lake.  A
Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is
required.  Emery School District reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all submittals or to waive any informality or
technicality in any submittal in the interest of the School District. 
Owner reserves the right to accept or reject the lowest responsible
