	Emery School District is requesting proposals for lighting upgrades
at several schools.  Replace approx. 155 existing fixtures with 2-bulb
T8 fixtures or LED.  Provide and install approx. 16 waterproof
fixtures for shower room.  Mandatory walk through to be held Thurs.
Mar. 20 beginning at 9 a.m. at Canyon View Jr. High.  Walk through
will include travel to Book Cliff in Green River.  Must field verify
number of fixtures.

	School Board will also entertain alternative proposals for lighting
upgrade for ENTIRE schools of San Rafael, Canyon View, Book Cliff and
Castle Dale.

	Proposals will be accepted until 2 p.m. on Mon. Mar. 31.  Bid opening
will be Tues. April 1 at 11 a.m. at the District Office.  

	Documentation shall be provided prior to the execution of the
Agreement that Contractor is registered and participates in Fed
E-Verify Program. Proposal may be mailed or faxed to Kerry Lake.  A
Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is
required.  Emery School District reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all submittals or to waive any informality or
technicality in any submittal in the interest of the School District. 
Owner reserves the right to accept or reject the lowest responsible
