	Emery School District is requesting proposal for Parking Lot upgrade
at Book Cliff School.   Mandatory Walk Through is scheduled for
Tuesday April 22 at 10 a.m. at Book Cliff Elementary; 205 So. Solomon;
Green River.  Must FIELD VERIFY all measurements, drain requirements,

	Proposal will be accepted until Monday, May 5, 2014 at 2 p.m.  Bid
Opening will be Tuesday, May 6 at 9 a.m. at the School Board Office in

	Documentation will be required to verify that Contractor is
registered and participates in the Fed E-Verify Program.  Proposal may
be Mailed, e-mailed or Faxed to Kerry Lake.  A Bid Bond in the amount
of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required.   Emery School
District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals
or to waive any informality or technicality in any submittal in the
interest of the School District.  Owner reserves the right to accept
or reject the lowest responsible proposal.
