	Separate sealed BIDS to replace curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway
approaches on the north side of SR 19 between Long Street and Clark
Street will be received by Green River City at the office of Green
River City until 10:00 a.m., June 4, 2014, and then opened and
publicly read aloud.  
	
	Major items of work include:
		1. Remove Concrete		-   1,190 SQ. FT.
		2. Saw Cut 		-      250 L.F.
		3. Drive Approach		-        85 L.F.
		4. 5' Sidewalk	 	-      170 L.F.
		5. 24' Curb & Gutter		-      170 L.F.
		6. 1 Handicap Approach	
		7. Asphalt			-      13 Ton	

	Prospective Bidders shall assemble at the Green River City Hall on
May 30, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. for a mandatory pre-bid meeting.

	Green River City has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

	Copies of the Utah Department of Transportation standard drawings may
be examined at Green River City offices located at 460 East Main
Street, Green River, Utah, and obtained upon request.
