Contract Maintenance of 24 Low Income Units in 
Castle Dale and Ferron, UT

	Emery County Housing Authority - Request for Proposal on the
maintenance of 24 low income units in Castle Dale (85 South 500 East)
and Ferron (130 North 200 West).  The bid should include the
following:

Contractor will care for and maintain the lawn sprinkling system:
spring startup, winterize, routine maintenance and repairs.  
Contractor will perform routine yard work: mow lawn, pull weeds.  
Contractor will perform routine plumping.
Contractor will perform rountine electrical work.
Contractor will maintain all units.
Contractor will provide own tools, equipment, and transportation.

	Contractor must carry liability insurance.

	Sealed bids need to be postmarked by 5:00 p.m. August 26, 2014, and
mailed to the Emery County Housing Authority, PO Box 551, Castle Dale,
UT 84513.
