The first Emery County baby born in 2004 was Sau'l Tellez. He was born at 4:46 p.m. on Jan. 1. He weighed 7 lbs 14 oz. and was 19.5 inches long. The parents of tiny Sau'l are Linda Trejo and Ramo'n Tellez of Green River. Linda said, "He is doing really good. He is our first baby and never again, that was hard work, but he's worth it." The baby will be taken home on Tuesday. He has been kept in the hospital for five days under observation for a possible infection.
