Ann Spigarelli

Wilma Ann Jumper Spigarelli, age 74, passed away March 8, 2004 at Castleview Hospital in Price.

She was born Nov. 11, 1929 in Emery to Willard and Elizabeth Pearson Jumper. Married Julius "Spiggs" Spigarelli, Jr., Sept. 4. 1948, in Price; he died Oct. 15, 1997.

Ann was a devoted and active Witness of Jehovah and she truly enjoyed attending the many wonderful assemblies. She loved spending time at the cabin in Joe's Valley and traveling with her family. She will be dearly missed by her family and many longtime friends.

Survived by her daughter, Jackie (Steve) Butkovich, five sons, Kim (Judy) Spigarelli, Bob (Karen) Spigarelli, Gene (Jackie) Spigarelli, all of Price; Jim (Jimmie Ann) Spigarelli, Kemmerer, Wyo; Bill (Kari) Spigarelli, Price; brothers, Gene (Frances) Jumper, Chula Vista, Calif.; George T. (Lise) Jumper, Emmett, Idaho; sister, Irene (Rich) Shoemaker, Carbonville; 13 grandchildren, Frank Michele, Kimberly, Kelli, Kirt, Melissa, Joshua, Michelle, Jessica, Mackenzie, Elizabeth, Haley, Ashley; eight great-grandchildren, Erika, Stephen, Dakota, Koty, Chole, Richard, Mikey, and Rylie Racquel.

Preceded in death by parents and brother, Jim Jumper.

Funeral service March 10, 11 a.m., Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 720 N. Cedar Hills Drive. Family will be at Mitchell Funeral Home Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Wed. from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.

Alvin J. Gaudio
"Big Al"

Beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Alvin J. Gaudio, age 80 passed away on March 2, 2004 in Orem. He was born on June 1, 1923 in Provo to Luigi and Lavina Gaudio. Al married Alice Clifford in 1941; later divorced. He later married Jeanne Hersom on July 29, 1975 in Hawaii. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple in October of 1996.

After graduating from Provo High in 1941, Al moved to California to study shoe repair. He served in the US Army from 1943 through 1946.

He moved to Provo and began working for Geneva Steel. In 1953, he started for for the BSA and moved to Price. He remained there until 1963 when he was offered a postition with the BSA in Orange County, Calif.

The family moved to Orem in 1977, where they purchased Vern's Beehive, renaming it Big Als, Boot and Shoe Repair. The shop was in operation for 20 years. The second floor of the business served as a BSA museum.

Al retired from the shoe repair business in 1997. He was an honorary lifetime member of the Provo Timp Lions Club which sponsors Troop 717, a special needs troop. Al and Jeanne haved served over a century of service to the BSA.

Al is survived by his wife Jeanne of 29 years; his children, Michael (Sharon) Gaudio, Manteca, Calif., Larry (Donna) Gaudio, Spanish Fork, Alice (James) Gollwitzer, Provo, David (Paula) Gaudio, Buena Park, Calif., Gino Gaudio, Provo; stepchildren, Ray (Karen) Hersom, Orange, Calif., Jeff Hersom, Sandy, and Chelley (Marty) Hunsaker, Payson; 27 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one sister, son Richard Louis Gaudio, and stepson Jerry Hersom.

Funeral services were held March 6, 2004 in the Orem 6th Ward chapel. Interment was in the Provo City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations for the family will be accepted at Central Bank in Al Gaudio's name.

Kelley G. Hansen

CASTLE DALE-Kelley Hansen�s life was not about his disease, even though it took all that he had not be consumed by it for the past five years.

He was born Nov. 10, 1957 and grew up in Price, Hurricane and Moab with his four brothers, Kevin, Kim, Kolynn and Kirk and parents Calvin Hansen and Shirley Morley. Kim preceded him in death in 1969.

He gratefully served a LDS mission in 1978 and married his sweetheart, Lisa Borget, in the Jordan River temple.

Their greatest achievement together has been their children Kira, 15, K.C.,13 and Kyler, 8. They have lived in the Castle Dale area where Kelley has been employed in the mines.

Kelley dearly loved his wife�s parents, Dave and Darlene Borget, stepfather Ferr Blackburn, grandmother Rose Marley and the many other supportive family and friends who have blessed his life in numerous ways and who anxiously await their reunion with him.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., March 6, 2004 at the Castle Dale 3rd Ward, 165 West 800 North in Castle Dale. A viewing was held at 9:30 a.m. prior to services where friends and family called. Interment will followed at Price City Cemetery. Arrangements by SereniCare, Funeral Directors.
