Dear Editor,
To our Utah members of Congress, please place immediate and appropriate emphasis on supporting legislation to further the passage of SBP Restoration, full concurrency for those with less than 50 percent disability, and the "Keep Our Promise To America's Military Retirees Act." These three issues effect in many cases the same people and if they are in the lower income brackets it has a devastating effect on them.
All three of these issues require legislative passage to meet past obligations made by our government. Please step forward and do the right thing for our retired military warriors, those who were willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to insure that our freedoms were safeguarded and maintained, and correct these injustices once and for all during this legislative session.
