Emery County boys and girls age 9 and up are encouraged to attend a Baseball Camp which will be held on April 1-2 at the Huntington ball complex. On April 1 from 4 p.m. until dark players can sign up for personal one-on-one instruction. On April 2 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. professional players and high school coaches will conduct the training which includes pitching, hitting, catching, infield and outfield training. Campers fee $25. Millsite golf course is open and ready for play. The recent warm weather has melted the snow on the course and the green covers have been removed leaving green grass for golfers anxious to begin spring play.
