Green River Family Heritage Week at museum

Green River is hosting the First Annual Heritage Week April 11-17, from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. in the lower level of the John Wesley Powell River History Museum. This year's theme is a Time Line of the Green River Area and events of the Gunnison Valley. Please bring your histories and treasures to share. Display cases will be available on a first come, first serve, basis with tables and wall space also available. Seniors will be sharing memories of their youth and feature demonstrations on preserving your pictures and newspaper clippings.
