Four Emery High chemistry students were recently honored at an awards dinner and show hosted by the Chemistry Department at Brigham Young University. Westin Winn, Jessica Hill, Britanie Clarke, and Justin Oakeson were all nominated by Dr. Roger Harrison, chemistry professor at BYU. While on campus, these students were given a tour of the BYU Chemistry department and labs including Bio-Chemistry, Organic-chemistry, and Physical chemistry laboratories and ongoing experiments at BYU. The students were also given a gift and a certificate. The American Chemical Society sponsored the entire event
