Curves fitness and weight loss center open in Castle Dale

Sharon Earl, Emery County Chamber of Commerce, participates in the ribbon cutting at Curves along with Curves staff Ronda Leroy, Tricia Atwood, Adrianne Drake, Cathy Sitterud, and Karen Truman. Curves members also join in for the picture.

The new Curves in Castle Dale held a ribbon cutting on June 22. Curves is independently owned and operated by Cathy Sitterud, manager, and Tricia Atwood and Amber Pruitt, owners.

Curves is a fitness program designed for all ages of women and features a fun and safe hour-and-a-half workout in just 30 minutes with hydraulic resistance.

"Curves offers a unique weight loss program that specializes in 'permanent results without permanent dieting,' utilizing a breakthrough method to stabilize your metabolism" is one of Curves statements.

Curves is located at 570 East Main in Castle Dale. They are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4- 7 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4-7 p.m.
