Miss Emery Pageant on July 16

The reigning Miss Emery County 2004, Tawni Bigelow of Green River, will be passing on her crown on July 16.

Eight contestants will compete for the title of Miss Emery on July 16 at 7 p.m. at the Emery High auditorium. Everyone is welcome to attend to find out who will represent Emery County in 2005. The contestants will participate in an interview with the judges on the afternoon of the pageant. On stage they will perform a talent and answer an onstage question. They will be escorted in the evening gown competition by their fathers. An on stage swimsuit category is also held. LaRaes Dance studio will perform two numbers at the pageant. Eugene Swalberg from Green River will be the master of ceremonies for the event.
