Family Dollar holds grand opening

Sharon Earl and Castle Dale Mayor Neal Peacock cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony of Family Dollar Store.

The new Family Dollar Store in Castle Dale opened recently. For those shoppers that were present for the ribbon cutting ceremony at 9 a.m., many prizes were given. The employees had been working hard to stock the new facility and make it ready for shoppers.

Tawn Jamez, Family Dollar store manager, stated the store hours will be Sunday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Castle Dale City Mayor Neal Peacock and Emery County Chamber of Commerce Coordinator Sharon Earl were on hand to cut the ribbon. Mayor Peacock welcomed Family Dollar to Castle Dale and said how excited he is to have the new business in Castle Dale.
