Dr. Sharmon Gilbert has joined the Emery Animal Health team. She was raised in South Jordan and graduated from Utah State University with a degree in bio-veterinary science, and Washington State University in 1995 with a doctor of veterinary medicine degree.
Dr. Gilbert has practiced for 10 years in Pleasant Grove, specializing in small animals. She and her husband live in Huntington and are planning to build a house on the Gilbert family farm in Lawrence. They have four children.
In her spare time, she likes to read and scrapbook. She looks forward to riding horses again now that she is here in Emery County,
