Openings on Emery Public Lands Council

The Emery County Commission is seeking citizens of Emery County interested in serving on the Public Lands Council. Anyone interested in being appointed to this Council can fill out a volunteer action form available in the Emery County Clerks Office. All forms must be returned to the Emery County Clerks Office by noon on Jan. 4. The four positions expiring are currently held by Bruce Wilson, Vernell Rowley, Clyde Magnuson and Sherrel Ward. Terms are for a period of two years. This is an 11 member board which deals with public lands issues in the county.
