The Emery County Chamber of Commerce will hold a luncheon meeting on Feb. 22 at noon at the Castle Dale Senior Citizen building. Guest speakers will be Darlene Erni from Active Re-entry and Donna Sackett from Senator Bennett's office concerning the upcoming rural development summit to be held in Vernal on April 20.
