Ethan and Levi Olsen find the fishing's good at the Huntington game pond.

The Division of Wildlife Resources sponsored a fishing event recently at the ponds at the Huntington game farm. Every child who attends is asked to register and is given a fishing license for the day. The DWR even has fishing poles on hand for those children who may not have one.

At noon that day, drawings were held with names chosen from the registrations, and as many as 50 fishing poles were given away to lucky children.

With the names that are gathered from the registrations, the DWR will mail out newsletters filled with fishing instruction, techniques, fun and games for the young fishermen.
