By PAUL AND BERNADETTE RIDDLE Orangeville
Editor,
We are one of the families in Orangeville that are dealing with the playhouse issue. We would like to commend our newly elected city officials. We feel that they really do care and want to help the citizens of Orangeville. We attended the land use authority committee meeting in July and were surprised to see that this newly organized committee had a real concern for the citizens and the issues at hand. They heard our concerns and wanted to resolve these issues in a timely manner. They are recommending to the city council to amend a few of our ordinances that are in question, including the issue of playhouse, treehouses, and forts.
We hope that the land use authority committee continues to look at and change some of the ordinances that have been adapted to better suit where we live.
