Another crash along I-70 on Saturday near Green River has led to the death of four unidentified victims and another in serious condition in St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction.
It is believed that fatigue led to the crash when the driver drifed into the median, overcorrected and apparently rolled the vehicle which went through a fence on the west side of the road.
This is one of several crashes in the past year involving a large number of people loaded into one vehicle. The van was carrying 11 passengers east bound on I-70 when the accident occurred. The victims and other passengers are believed to be undocumented immigrant workers.
