Young cowboys and cowgirls were involved in some high flying rodeo action on June 22 at the Castle Dale Arena. These young rodeo lovers competed in many events throughout the evening. Junior bull riding, steer riding, calf riding, sheep riding, barrel racing, pole bending, chicken chase and a calf ribbon pull was all part of the action. Another rodeo called Little Cowboys Rodeo will be held on July 13 at the Castle Dale Arena beginning at 7 p.m. This event is for children 17 and under. To enter this rodeo call in on July 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 381-5663.
