Kesler Tanner and Jacob Begay, seniors at Emery High school each earned a scholarship from Novell. This scholarship program is sponsored through Novell by the Utah State Office of Education and each scholarship is worth $2,000. Only eight seniors in the State of Utah are given scholarships by Novell.
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, a senior student must take and pass a Novell networking class. Upon completion of the class, the student is a certified NetWare administrator. This means the student is certified through Novell to run their network operating system. Tanner and Begay are pictured here with their instructor Wayne Roberts.
