The children are the most important part of any county fair and the Emery County fair board has planned a lot of activities for the local kids. The kids events at the Emery County Fair on Aug. 2-4 will all be free this year. The inflatables will be back in the park and a waterslide will be set up in the ball field.

The climbing wall or obstacle course from the Utah National Guard will also be one of the attractions again this year and it will also be free.

The new race track which offers Nascar type racing is a new, free event. The kids events will take place all day each day of the fair.

Another new attraction for the kids this year will be free video games in a corner of the recreation building on the fairgrounds. These will be accessed through the back door of the recreation building.

The Emery County fair board encourages everyone to plan now to attend the fair and invite everyone along for this event. New adventures await at the Emery County Fair.
