A yellow car gets caught between the black 45 and number four car during the second heat of the demolistion derby on Saturday night at the Carbon County Fairgrounds. The derby was a large success with thousands of people coming out and many officials saying it was the largest crowd ever for the event. The traffic snarls getting into the event caused some people to be late for the first heat. The event is held each year as a fund raiser for the Carbon County Search and Rescue Squad and attracted participants and audience members from both Carbon and Emery Counties.
