In June of 2002, Camp Dale Chapter of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, in Castle Dale, presented two trees to the city of Castle Dale in remembrance of the organization of Daughters of Utah Pioneers in the year 1901. The trees were donated by Betty Frandsen and transplanted by the city maintenance workers to a permanent home in front of Castle Dale City Hall A large group of the members gathered for a picture with the trees.
