By DIANA MCCARTY

Editor,

I weep for you all on your losses and hope that the love and support of the people of your community, state and the nation, provide some comfort.

I am reminded of a quote from Leigh Hunt, "Whenever evil befalls us, we ought to ask ourselves, after the first suffering, how we can turn it into good. So shall we take occasion, from one bitter root, to raise perhaps many flowers." Peace be with you.
