Emery Mayor Mistie Christiansen congratulates Rick and Tanya Muller for winning the most improved yard contest. The participants submitted before and after photos and the Mullers were chosen the winners. They won a cash award which they are donating to Emery resident Wendee Hatch who was recently in a car accident. The Mullers have three children, Jake, Josee and Shian.
