Doug and Laurel Weaver of Castle Dale announce the marriage of their daughter Shontelle to Eric Halladay, son of Kevin and Ellen Halladay of Orem. Shontelle and Eric will be married Aug. 30 in the Jordan River Utah Temple. A garden reception will be held in their honor that evening at 22 West Westview Drive, Orem, from 6:30-8:30 pm.
Shontelle graduated from Emery High in 2006, and is currently studying interior design at BYU-Idaho. She will graduate in Spring of 2010. Eric graduated from Mountain View High School in Orem. He served a Mandarin Chinese speaking mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Chinatown, N.Y. Eric is majoring in exercise science and will also graduate in 2010, after which he will study physical therapy at the University of Utah. The couple will make their home in Rexburg, Idaho while they continue their education.
