Zelpha was the first born in a family of eight on Sept. 6, 1909 to Tony and Magdalena Blatnik Skriner in Rockvale, Colo. She has one son, Dr. Louis Vuksinick (San Francisco, Calif.) and one daughter, Maxine Russell (Salt Lake City), and several grand and great-grand children.
