The children of Randy and Cathy Sitterud announce the celebration of their parents 40th wedding anniversary on Sept. 28 and Randy's 60th birthday on Oct. 28. An open house for all family and friends will be held in Randy and Cathy's honor on Oct. 11 from 5-7 p.m. at the Castle Dale Senior Citizens Center.
