Riders for Santa collect toys for children

Riders for Santa met in Stewart's parking lot in Castle Dale on Saturday for their annual ride to gather toys for area children for Christmas.

The riders rode to the park in Orangeville where the toys were displayed together. They also enjoyed hot drinks and doughnuts before beginning the ride to Green River, where they all enjoyed lunch at Ray's Tavern.

Eric Anderson said the toys will be donated to the Circle of Hope program which helps families in need every year. Donations are still being accepted.

For anyone who wishes to give and help the Circle of Hope, cash donations can be made at Desertview Federal Credit Union in Huntington or Ferron.
