William P. and Charmaine Sharp announce the marriage of their daughter Sarah to Jefferson J. Manning, the son of Seth S. and Karen Manning, on Nov. 22. A reception will follow the 5 p.m. ceremony that same evening at the Emery County Recreation Center, 75 South 400 East in Castle Dale from 7-9 p.m.
