On April 30 at approximately 10:36 p.m. the alarm sounded at Boyd's Pharmacy in Castle Dale.

Emery County Sheriff LaMar Guymon said, "The Emery County Sheriff's Office Dispatch called Sgt. Gayle Jensen who was in the area. He observed what appeared to be a forced entry on the west doors of the building. He also observed a vehicle parked along the west side of the building. Sgt. Jensen called Sgt. Tom Harrison for back-up. The Sheriff's Emergency response team also responded along with two highway patrolmen who were at the sheriff's office booking prisoners at the time of the call.

"The response team surrounded the building and then entered the building. The suspect was arrested without incident. The subject was booked into the Emery County jail and has since posted bail. He was looking for prescription drugs. The suspect was listed as Richard W. Jackson of Huntington, DOB 3-12-1959. He has been charged with burglary of a building and criminal mischief both third degree felonies," said Sheriff Guymon.
