Pete Hyita, born and raised in East Carbon and Quetta Larsen Hyita born and raised in Moab will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married on June 26, 1959 and sealed for eternity on June 26, 2007 in the Manti LDS temple. They made their home in Cedar City where they owned and operated a successful electrical contracting company for 36 years. They have four daughters, Raina Robertson, Mindy Price, Kristy Brown, and Kimberly Smyke all live in Cedar City. They also have 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. They will be honored at an open house on June 27, 2009 at the historic rock church 75 East Center Street in Cedar City from 4-7 p.m.
