Wild weather in county

A severe storm struck Emery County last Monday with hail the size of quarters causing significant damage to trees and gardens, sheds, awnings, camp trailers and other buildings. The hail stacked up on the ground to look like the first snow of the season. Huntington seemed the hardest hit and water ran like a river down Main and side streets.
