Susan and Steven Bell announce the marriage of their son Joshua Steven Bell to Naomie Raylyn Boynton. The couple exchanged marriage vows on Sept. 19 at Red Canyon Lodge in Dutch John. The couple will make their home in Rock Springs, Wyo.
