Green River Volleyball team finishes the season successfully

| The Lady Spartans are happy with a win over Uintah. |
The Lady Spartans finished their volleyball season Oct. 31-Nov. 1 at the state tournament at Utah Valley State College in Provo. They played their first game against Uintah. They won the first set 15-13, lost the second set 9-15, and won the third set 15-9. Their next game was against Morgan and they were defeated in both games: 5-15 and 1-15. Their final game was played against North Sanpete. They lost the first set 15-3, won the second set 16-14 and lost the final set 12-15. The team was coached by Ferd Allred.
