Huntington City is accepting proposals from a Licensed General and/or
Electrical Contractor for the construction and completion of the
Huntington City Rodeo Ground Lighting Project. This project is located
at the rodeo grounds in Huntington, Utah.

	The Huntington Rodeo Grounds Lighting Project consists of the
following:
		1.	The installation of junction boxes, conduit, wiring, and
			concrete pedestals for the placement of four (4) area
			lighting poles, with lights and RV plugs.

	A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed amount
will be required. This bond will be made payable to Huntington City
and shall accompany the proposal.

	Interested parties can contact Mayor Hillary Gordon (435-687-9737 or
435-749-2264) or the Huntington City Hall for questions regarding this
project.

	Huntington City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or
to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest
of the city.

	Proposal packages can be acquired at the Huntington City Hall, during
regular business hours, beginning Wednesday, January 13, 2010.

	A $15.00 fee will be charged for each proposal package.

	Interested parties shall deliver a sealed bid proposal no later than
Wednesday, January 27, 2010, no later than 12:00 Noon, to the
Huntington City Hall. Opening of the sealed bids will be at 2:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Huntington City will award the project
no later than Friday, January 29, 2010.
