Castle Dale restaurant open for business

Clyde and Darlene Magnuson have re-opened their restaurant in Castle Dale. "The Cafe" opened on Jan. 22 and is being managed by Jodi Magnuson.

The business is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Their traditional menu is back featuring hamburgers, chicken, burritos french fries etc. as well as their great shakes and ice cream items.

Additionally they have a fresh soup and salad bar and will be offering daily specials.

Any patron that buys a meal before Feb. 12 is eligible to enter a drawing to win a meal for two on Feb. 13 for Valentines Day.

The restaurant will be holding its grand opening on Feb. 12 and 13. Their special for the two day event will be chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and the all you can eat soup and salad bar. They will also have drawings for free items during the grand opening.

At The Cafe you can choose sit down, call in, or drive-thru dining. They are located at 340 West State Road 29 in Castle Dale and can be reached by phone at 381-5544.
