PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City is accepting
sealed bids for lease of farm property located on Cemetery Lane and
Mill Dam Road. This property does contain seventeen (17) primary
shares and nineteen (19) project shares of Cottonwood Creek Irrigation
Company water stock. This lease will be for three years with an
option to renew at that time. All bids must be received at
Orangeville City Hall by 12:00pm, Thursday, March 11, 2010. Bids will
be opened during the next City Council Meeting on Thursday, March 11,
2010 at 7:30pm.
