on the 1st of February, 2010, so many shares of each parcel of such
stock as may be necessary will be sold at the South Main Entrance,
Castle Dale City Hall, Castle Dale, Utah on March 11, 2010, at 12:00
p.m. to pay the delinquent assessments thereon, together with the cost
of advertising and expenses of the sale. Only whole shares will be
sold. Excess payment will be returned to the owner of the certificate
or credited to his account.
