	You are hereby summoned and required to file and Answer in writing to
the attached Petition with the Clerk of the Emery County Courthouse,
1850 North 560 West, Castle Dale, UT 84513 and to serve upon, or mail
to the petitioner at P.O. Box 124, Elmo, UT 84521, a copy of said
answer, within 20 days if you are served in the State of Utah, or
within 30 days if you are served outside the State of Utah, after
service of this Summons upon you. If you fail to do so, judgement by
default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said
Petition, which has been filed with the Clerk of the above-entitled
Court. You can obtain a copy of the Verified Petition by writing to
the clerk of the court at Emery County Courthouse, 1850 North 560
West, Castle Dale, UT 84513. READ THESE PAPER CAREFULLY. These paper
mean that you are being sued for divorce.
