	The Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments will hold a
public hearing to discuss the project(s) determined to be applied for
in the CDBG Small Cities Program 2010/11 program year:  Operate the
District's housing rehabilitation programs, provide technical
assistance for housing and community development, develop and update
the District's Consolidated Plan and rating and ranking policies,
provide assistance to applicants and grantees etc.   Comments will be
solicited on the project scope, implementation, and its effects on
residents.  The hearing will begin at: 11:00am on April 22, 2010 and
will be held in the commission chamber at the Grand County Courthouse,
125 E. Center St, Moab, UT 84532.    Further information can be
obtained by contacting Debbie Hatt at the Southeastern Utah
Association of Local Governments 375 S. Carbon Ave, Price, UT 84501,
435 637-5444.  In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act,
individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary
communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify

least five working days prior to the hearing.
