NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Castle Dale Land Use Authority
Committee will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the
Castle Dale City Hall, which meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment prior to
considering an amendment to HC-1 HIGHWAY COMMERICAL ZONE section 5-7-3
Permitted Conditional Uses Zone in the Castle Dale City Development
Code.

	The proposed amendment. will add Churches to the list of Permitted
Conditional Uses. The proposed ordinance would then read:

	5.7.3 Permitted Conditional Uses
	The following buildings, structures and uses of land shall be
permitted upon compliance with the conditions set forth in the Code
and upon approval of a site plan in accordance with the provisions of
3-3-20.
	1.	Restaurants (including drive-ins)
	2.	Gasoline dispersing establishments
	3.	Conveneince good stores
	4.	Recreation vehicle courts, subject to the approval of the City 
		Council
	5.	Churches, subject to size and minimum width requirements
		to permit parking (as specified by IBC code) as well as
		entrance and outlet
