Ferron City Public Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Ferron City Council approved the
Tentative Budget for the 2010-11 Fiscal Year. The Tentative Budget is
available for public review during regular business hours at the
Ferron City Hall located at 20 East Main Street, Ferron, Utah. A
Public Hearing will be held on June 10, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the
Ferron City Hall in conjunction with the regular City Council Meeting
for consideration to adopt the Final Budget for the 2010-11 Fiscal
Year and to Re-Open the 2009-10 Fiscal Year Budget to transfer any
unencumbered or unexpended balances of the General, Enterprise, and
Special Revenue/Golf Course, Restaurant, and Capital Improvement Funds
from one department to another and to include in these funds, revenue
and appropriations not already in the current budgets
Interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given the
opportunity to be heard.
I, the undersigned duly acting and appointed Recorder of Ferron City,
hereby certify that the foregoing notice was posted in two public
places on May 28, 2010, and provided to the Emery County Progress for
publication in the next two circulations.
