Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. will accept sealed bids
for framing, sheetrock and the painting portion of a remodel job at
our Castle Dale office located at 45 East 100 So., Castle Dale, Utah. 
All bids are due at the Administration Office, 105 W. 100 N., PO Box
867, Price, UT prior to 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, July 28, 2010.  
Please note on envelope "SEALED BID Remodel".  Four Corners is not
responsible for bids that are received late due to delays in delivery
by any source. Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, Inc. reserves
the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality of any
bid and to select the bid, which in the opinion of Four Corners
provides the best product and service to Four Corners.  Interested
licensed and insured contractors can obtain more information and plans
by scheduling a mandatory walk through at 435-749-0060.
