The following described property will be sold at public auction to the
highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the
Main Entrance of the Emery County Courthouse located at 1850 North 560
West, Castle Dale, Utah 84513 on September 24, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. for
the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust originally  dated November
8, 2007 and recorded on November 13, 2007, as Entry no. 387306,
executed by Red Leaf Resources, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as
(Trustor) and South Eastern Utah Title Company as (Trustee), and Odell
B. Anderson, as Trustee of the Odell B. Anderson Revocable Living
Trust, dated September 30, 1999, as to an undivided 25% interest,
Olive S. Anderson, as Trustee of the Olive S. Anderson Revocable
Living Trust, dated September 30, 1999, as to an undivided 25%
interest, B. Eugene Lasson, as to an undivided 50% interest, as
(Beneficiaries). 

	Red Leaf Resources, Inc. conveyed their interest to EcoDomaine
Refining, Inc. (the current property owner) by Special Warranty Deed,
recorded November 10, 2008 as Entry No. 392501. EcoDomaine Refining,
Inc, also entered into a Secured Promissory Note Amendment Agreement,
with the above named Beneficiaries, on November 30, 2009, agreeing to
make final payments and other financial agreements, on the original
Note and Trust Deed named above.

The property subject to the Deed of Trust is situate in Emery County
and is described as follows:
The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; and the North Half of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 21 South, Range 16 East,
SLB&M.
Less therefrom all oil, gas, and other minerals.
Less any portion that may lie within the road.
Tax Serial No.	1-153B-1
Purported Property consists of:	 Vacant Land in Green River, Utah

	The opening credit bid will be approximately $134,860.00, additional
fees may be added.  Bidders must be prepared to tender to the trustee
$5,000.00 at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 10:00
a.m. the day following the sale.  Both payments must be in the form of
a bank or credit union cashier's check, wire transfer or certified
funds payable to South Eastern Utah Title Company.   

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THIS COMPANY IS ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A
DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
