The Emery County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on
September 8, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the County Complex, Green River, Utah.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on proposed
changes to the Emery County Zoning Ordinance Article 11-Authorized
Conditional Uses section 11-4-5 Planned Seasonal Home Developments
(Mountain Home Development). Copy of proposed changes is available
for review in the Clerk/Auditor's Office. Written comment may be
submitted to Emery County Clerk/Auditor's Office, PO Box 907, Castle
Dale, Utah 84523
